 GUITAR
TIME is a reality-based television show about the
construction, repair, adjustment and playing of guitars.
The show is a collaboration
of Fritz Brothers Guitars and
odneM Productions and is currently in the pre-pilot development
stage. The host, Roger Fritz, is one of America's top luthiers
and is a natural entertainer. The guitar work, guest stars,
guitar playing, stories, trivia, history and more will be
taped at the Fritz Bros guitar shop in Mendocino, CA. Roger
and the stars will also be taped playing with the house band,
Rogerwood, on the stage of
the Old Albion Schoolhouse, circa 1924. The art of guitar
making will be presented in an amusing, entertaining, interesting
and educational fashion.
Roger Fritz learned to play the guitar at a young age and
he began performing soon afterwards.
His love of music fused his raw talent with his spontaneous
and humorous nature to form a superb entertainer. His love
of the guitar led him into what has become a long history
of guitar adjusting, repairing, and construction. Over his
career, Roger has been involved with the likes of Les Paul,
George Harrison, Gibson Guitars, and many more of the makers
and shakers in the music world. Many of these have entrusted
him with their most prized guitars.
